Shift Timings(Flexible) : 9:30 AM to 2 PM and 2:30 PM to 5 PM
- Enrollment Management: Develop and execute strategies to attract and enroll new families. Manage the enrollment process from initial inquiry to final registration, ensuring a seamless experience for families.
- Family Engagement: Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective and current families. Address inquiries and concerns promptly, and provide exceptional customer service throughout the enrollment process.
- Marketing and Outreach: Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement outreach campaigns. Organize and participate in community events, open houses, and school tours to promote the daycare and its programs.
- Data Management and Reporting: Maintain and analyze enrollment data, including application status, conversion rates, and demographic information. Prepare regular reports on enrollment metrics and progress towards goals. Utilize data insights to refine strategies and improve performance.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with daycare staff to ensure that enrollment and onboarding processes are aligned with the center’s goals and policies. Provide training and support to staff involved in the enrollment process.
- Program Promotion: Highlight the daycare’s programs, services, and unique features to prospective families. Ensure that all promotional materials are current and reflect the center’s values and offerings.
- Compliance: Ensure that all enrollment practices comply with state and federal regulations, as well as the daycare's internal policies. Stay informed about relevant changes in regulations and adapt practices as needed.
- Customer Service Excellence: Serve as the primary point of contact for families throughout the enrollment process. Address questions, resolve issues, and provide personalized support to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
- Accountability: Self-driven and Motivated to achieve goals set by the organization. Following up timely with Toured leads to convert them to enrolled families
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree).
- Experience in a customer service or enrollment role, preferably in an educational or childcare setting.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on providing excellent customer service.
- Proficiency in data management and record-keeping. Familiarity with enrollment management software is a plus.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Previous experience working in a daycare or early childhood education setting.
- Knowledge of state regulations related to childcare and enrollment.
- Experience with community outreach and event planning.
